Hi, I’m Rachel. Welcome to the Traveling Naturopath

We are all traveling on the journey of life. Wherever our paths take us we have bumps, twists, and turns along the road. These obstacles in life aren’t here to trip us up, they are here to show us how wildly successful we can be.

Hi. I’m Rachel Corradetti, the face behind The Traveling Naturopath. I’m here to help you as you travel through life. How do I plan to accomplish that? By giving you the tools to stay healthy and happy using Naturopathic Medicine. You can learn all about me here. I’m really excited to be launching this blog as a way to spread the message of the Naturopathic lifestyle and how easy it can be to incorporate this into your everyday life.

Why The Traveling Naturopath? Well, we’re all traveling aren’t we? Whether we’re on a long journey of health and wellness or just trying to get to work on time we’re all moving forward. This is becoming more true with each passing day as we enter into a global economy.

This blog serves to introduce you to Naturopathic Medicine and how you can incorporate it into your journey.

My Take on Patient Advocacy

  1. Rachel, I’m so excited to follow your blog! I was in a bad car accident 3 years ago and have a lot of residual back problems from the accident, and I’ve found that the best way to manage those injuries (and the healthiest for my body!) has been through natural methods (running, yoga, stretching, heating pads, acupuncture and herbal deep heat rubs), rather than taking heavy medication. I’m a big advocate for using fitness to treat chronic pain – it worked wonders for me and helped me to get off heavy medication! I’m so excited to read more!! :-)

I look forward to all the informative things you share. I just had the opportunity to visit the clinic with Jennifer and I was pleased with the information. I am now looking into becoming a Natural Health Practitioner myself.

  3. Lisa says:

Hi Rachel, I saw your Mum’s proud post and had to hop over here and take a peek. This is great and I love your site! I am a firm believer in helping yourself holistically and avoiding unnecessary medication. I will definitely be checking in here regularly I have already saved it as a favourite! Wishing you all the best with this journey. Lisa

  4. Thanks ladies. This is wonderful feedback. I’m so glad you are all benefiting from natural solutions. Stay tuned!

  5. Amazing! Well done Debbie. Keep up the good work & let me know if you have any questions about the program.

  6. Hi Rachel,
    Fantastic, informative blog.
My daughter cured herself of Crohn’s through diet. She’s now vegan and mostly raw. Her almost 3 yr old is also mostly raw (he has wild salmon and organic eggs at my house:-) and is healthier and smarter than most kids his age – has never had a cold.
